A Thai inspired Minced Chicken Salad with Mint, Chilli, Palm Sugar and Fish sauce combining to set your taste buds alight. Served with steamed rice and shredded lettuce Larb Chicken is perfect as an Entrée or as a Main Course.
Honey Soy Chicken Wings
Marinated chicken wings barbecued and served as an Entrée, great finger food.
Dim-Sim Finger Food
Handmade Bitesize Steamed or Fried Dim-Sims containing Minced pork and Vegetables. A perfect cocktail food or Entrée option.
Chicken Spring Rolls
Handmade Chicken and Vegetable Spring Rolls with accompaniments of sweet chilli and soy sauce.
Cold Rolls
Freshly handmade rice paper rolls filled with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, mint and your choice of Lemongrass Chicken, Ginger and Soy Chicken, Tiger Prawn or Tofu and Avocado. All served with delicious Hoisin peanut dipping sauce.
Hot and Sour Soup
A spicy Chicken broth with immense flavours. Made using traditional fresh herbs and spices this soup is a fantastic way to awaken your senses and is best served as an Entrée dish.
Five Spice Duck
A delicious marinated Five Spice rubbed Duck breast, twice cooked and served on a bed of shredded lettuce and carrot dressed with a delightful complimentary dressing.
Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables
Amazing marinated chicken stir fried with seasonal vegetables and served with steamed rice or noodles.
Chilli Chicken
Stir fried chicken, capsicum, bamboo shoots, carrot and chilli made with Asian spices, fresh herbs and served with steamed rice or noodles. Delicious!!
Green Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry made with seasonal vegetables served with steamed rice or noodles.
Massaman Beef Curry
Beef Curry made with potato and seasonal vegetables served with steamed rice or noodles.
